Returns & Exchanges

At AYR, we want you to love your pieces for a lifetime, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. We offer easy returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of your order date.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original packaging, include the packing slip, and drop the box off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
